How do I change my direct debit bank account?
Your first scheduled repayment must come from the bank account that you originally provided to us. After the first payment has been made, we can update your bank account details if required.
To change your nominated bank account, log into your account online, click on 'Customer Profile' and then the 'Edit' icon next to your current nominated bank account. From here you can follow the prompts to submit a request to change your bank account.
