How do I pay off my entire loan balance?

You can repay your entire loan at any time. Even better, there are no fees or penalties for repaying your loan early.* Simply log in to your Plenti account and go to 'View loan details'. You will then have the option to ‘pay off loan’ via BPAY or bank transfer. Plenti's bank account and BPAY details will be visible on this page. 

Payments are generally processed within three business days and once the payment has been processed, the updated loan balance will be visible in your Plenti account.

Payout letters can also be accessed from the ‘pay off loan’ page and will show the current day’s payout amount. Please note, this payout amount will only be accurate for the day it is generated. For any future dated payout letters, please select the specific date on the calendar in the 'pay off loan' page.

* Early exit fees may apply to commercial loans. These will be visible in the payout amount and set out in your loan contract.
