Other counterparty default

Operation of the Plenti 2022 Auto ABS is supported by a number of parties including an interest rate swap and liquidity facility provider, the ABS Trustee, the trust manager, Plenti Finance as originator and Plenti as servicer. If a counterparty were to default on their obligations this would impact the operation of the trust and could result in losses for the Note Purchase Trust. While counterparties who are at risk of default may be replaced, it cannot be guaranteed that this would occur or that there would not be economic cost from the change in counterparty resulting in losses or you suffering a financial loss.
