What do I do if I'm experiencing financial hardship?
We understand that circumstances can make it challenging to make your scheduled NAB Car Loan payments.
If you’re having difficulty with your payments, we encourage you to explore options available in our Financial Hardship Hub. You can also contact us at 03 8592 7029 or email nab.hardship@plenti.com.au. The sooner you reach out, the sooner we can assist you in getting back on track.
You can apply for financial hardship assistance online using the Financial Hardship Application form. We will ask you to provide details of your circumstances and the support you would like to receive during this time. Your application will be processed typically within 21 days (and ordinarily much sooner) if no further information is required.
